My Journey in Business as a Neurodivergent Person — Mitzi Danielson-Kaslik
"This wasn't the plan."
That's how Mitzi Danielson-Kaslik opens her story — and it's the most honest line you'll hear at a business event this year.
Mitzi works in Risk, Governance and Compliance. She holds her ICA Diploma in GRC, her ICA Advanced Certificate in AML, and is a MICA (Affiliated) member. She won the ICA Outstanding Achievement Award. She's also been diagnosed with ADHD, autism, and PTSD. She's grieved, been terminated, had her first seizure, lost access to her medication — and built a consultancy from nothing.
On Wednesday 8 July, she's sitting down at Launchpad to walk through the whole thing. The highs, the struggles, and everything in between. The real story.
Not the polished LinkedIn version. The actual one.
What you'll leave with:
- An honest look at what "building a business" actually involves when
life doesn't follow the plan - A grounded perspective on neurodivergence in professional services
and entrepreneurship - Practical reflections on working, studying, and recovering at the
same time - Permission to do it your way
Free to attend. Founders, builders, professionals, advocates, and anyone who's done life sideways — everyone welcome.
