Itamar's full Kivoon talk is now up. What stood out to you?
Last week we had Itamar in to share the story of Kivoon, the public transit app he made for the Isle of Man.
Day one on the Island, hungry, no idea how to get to McDonald's. That frustration eventually turned into a fully working transit app with timetables, live tracking, and an automated content engine. Solo, over a few weekends, with Claude doing a lot of the work alongside him.

A few threads worth pulling on here:
The data foundation. Itamar found GTFS, the industry standard for public transit data. The moment he discovered it existed, the rest of the work got much simpler. What's been your equivalent unlock on your own project? That moment something clicked from "this will be hard" to "this is doable"?
Claude as a team of one. He used Claude as more than autocomplete. Real prompts, real decisions, real back and forth. If you're using AI in your own work, what's landing for you and what isn't?
The self-improvement loop. Kivoon has a real-time vehicle matcher that keeps improving without him touching it. A different way of thinking about product. Anyone else baking loops like this into what you're making?
Drop your thoughts below. Whether you came along to the talk or you're watching the recording for the first time, we'd love to hear what you took from it.
