What tripped you up when you set up here?

Setting up on the Island has its quirks. Maybe it was a registration step nobody warned you about, a form that took longer than expected, or working out who to actually call at the right department.

What caught you off guard when you started out here? And what do you know now that would've saved you a week back then?
