Neurodiversity at Work: Strength in Difference

An experience-led workshop on neurodiversity, work, and inclusion.

What if the challenges people experience at work aren't about ability, but about environment?

Join us for an engaging, experience-led workshop exploring neurodiversity in the workplace and how inclusive environments help people, and organisations, thrive. Through personal stories, discussion, and interactive activities, we'll explore common neurodivergent experiences, the barriers people can face at work, and how small, practical adjustments can unlock strengths and improve wellbeing for everyone.

This session is designed to be reflective, accessible, and relevant to all colleagues, whether you're a manager, team member, or simply curious about creating more inclusive workplaces. Discover how embracing different ways of thinking can improve collaboration, innovation, and performance across your organisation.

The session will be delivered by three experts by experience who are passionate advocates for neurodiversity and who are themselves neurodivergent.

- Aalish Leece is a Product Manager in the banking sector and an ambassador of her companies global disability and neurodiversity employe led network.

- Jade Boylan is an Engagement Officer for the Isle of Man Arts Council

- Matt Quine is a Compliance Officer working in the life insurance sector.

- Both Jade and Matt also represent the autistic community as lay members on the islands National Autism Strategy steering group

Together they are all passionate about making a positive change in society, moving towards inclusivity for all.
