Chamber has been invited to gather real business insight as part of Government's Efficiencies and Change Programme - and your experience is vital.
We all know the frustration: slow decisions, outdated processes, endless forms, or digital systems that don't talk to each other. This session is your chance to pinpoint the top 5–10 pain points, and thus the underlying problems, that, if improved, would have the biggest impact on how businesses operate day to day.
These insights will go directly to the civil service reform team to help them prioritise real, practical change — and make life easier for business, employees, and the Island as a whole.
