White Paper Consultation is now open!

The Data Asset Register and Data Asset Registrar consultation is now open and this is a critical opportunity to influence how the Isle of Man’s Data Asset Foundations framework is implemented in practice.

The proposed Register and Registrar will underpin how data is formally recognised, governed and managed as an asset on the Island. As the framework moves from legislation into delivery, industry input is essential to ensure the model is proportionate, practical and commercially workable.

This is your opportunity to contribute before secondary legislation is finalised.
